Currently delivering to Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. 

Standard Shipping method is available for all orders with delivery time up to 2-7 business days. 

We may offer from time time, a limited free shipping promotions offer.

We process handling and dispatching orders as soon as order payment processing is complete. Please allow up to 2 business days for  processing your orders.

3. Please allow up to 15-20 BUSINESS DAYS** Shipping Transit Time for all orders, if any unknown transit/weather/custom delays/ delay due to COVID19 Situation. We have no control on transit uncertainties.

Shipping Terms: 


1. Estimated Delivery Time are estimates, and can vary widely. For international orders, it is based largely on your country’s custom offices. "We are not responsible for any custom delays"

 

2. We do not guarantee on delivery date, we can provide estimates only. We are not responsible for any transit/ custom delays.

 

3. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

 

4. All orders will be shipped by UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL. Most optimal rates are used to consider the fastest and affordable shipping carrier service.

 

5. All orders shipped used UPS, USPS, FEDEX or DHL can be tracked on carrier website.

 

6. DOT restrictions on air shipping  for all orders:
Restricted items include: Aerosol-type products, pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray and shaving cream.In  compliance with DOT rules restricted items require ground-only  delivery. We do not ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto  Rico, APO/FPO/DPO or International addresses.

 

7. We collect duty VAT fees for following countries: Canada, Australia, U.A.E. , France, Italy, United Kingdom, Austria, Belguim, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain, Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, Israel, Jordon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania. We prepay duty VAT fees for these countries. We do not guarantee that there will no other additional fees, it depends on your country's custom office.

 

8. For all International Orders: Your order may subject to if any local country’s custom will assess a fee or duty or tax on your order shipment based on your country’s custom’s threshold. The Perfume Bazaar, ThePerfumeBazaar.com and Studio P12 LCC are not responsible for any additional applicable customer country’s custom/import/local/legal fees/duties/taxes. "Any customs duties and/or import taxes that may arise are the sole responsibility of the customer!" Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

 

9. For all International Orders:  We provide the Commercial Invoice with Customs Commodity Codes (Tariff Number) and the customs declaration documentation. Prices on Customs Commercial Invoice may be different than the actual order amount.

 

10. Orders shipped are not insured. You can add insurance in following ways:

 

10.1. You can purchase our partner order protection service provided by Guide Shipping Protection, https://guidepro.io/ to protect packages from lost, damage or theft. 

 

10.2. You can request insurance for orders  above $1000.00 at the time of placing your order, i.e. before making any  payment. You may be billed additional calculated insurance fee  depending on your location/country at the time of dispatching your  order, in this case you must pay insurance fee before order is shipped.  We do not accept insurance request after order is placed.
